Shipping Policy

Processing: All orders are normally processed within 2 business days from the date of purchase EXCEPT FOR HOLIDAYS OR BIG SALES (processing time can take up to an extra week for your order to process). Processing means receiving your information and preparing your order.

Shipping: All orders are normally shipped from our facility within 2 business days from the date of purchase EXCEPT FOR HOLIDAYS OR BIG SALES (processing time can take up to an extra week for your order to ship). Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking information and sometimes an estimated delivery date. Please note that some carriers may not have tracking information available for up to 24 hours after the package has been shipped.


NBODIED FITNESS does not ship on major Canadian holidays or weekends (New Year’s Day, Canada Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day).

CANADIAN DOMESTIC SHIPPING:

Estimated arrivals: All orders are estimated to arrive within 1 week depending on geographical locations and the carrier. We (NBODIED FITNESS) are not responsible for packages that are delayed while in transit; please contact the postal carrier listed in your tracking information.

Please expect a shipping delay during the Winter Months, inclement weather, major holidays and NBODIED FITNESS big sales.

Please allow additional arrival time for orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories and Outlying Islands.

(*NEW*) INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

International Customs, Duties and Taxes: Items shipped outside of Canada are subject to duties, taxes, handling and/or other misc. charges as defined by the country of import. These fees are NOT included in the cost of your order NBODIED FITNESS and must be paid in order to be released for delivery. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order with NBODIED FITNESS.

You, as the customer are responsible for the payment of all fees and will not be reimbursed NBODIED FITNESS.
NBODIED FITNESS will not provide a refund for the package if it has been abandoned at customs due to non-payment of fees. We (NBODIED FITNESS) are not responsible for any shipment fees for international shipping once the items leave our facility.

LOST or DAMAGED PACKAGES:
As we do apologize in advance if you happen to experience any issues with receiving your package from NBODIED FITNESS. Please read carefully below to be advised of our policies.

We are responsible for the following:

Lost packages during transit (With correct and completed shipping addresses). We (NBODIED FITNESS) will offer you store credit for the inconvenience.

Damaged items (Please keep all packing material and notify us within 1 business day of receiving your package.)

Reshipping fees for returned packages (With correct and completed addresses)

We are NOT responsible for the following:

Lost packages (With incorrect and incomplete shipping addresses). Please contact the shipping carrier listed in your tracking information for assistance.

Packages that have been verified as delivered by the shipping carrier listed in your tracking information. Please contact the shipping carrier for further assistance.

Reshipment fees for returned packages (With incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses)
Damaged/Worn merchandise after more than 1 business day of receiving your package. We (NBODIED FITNESS) will offer you store credit for the inconvenience.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
